O, what to cook up?

Have a pound of ground sirloin and need to come up with a big casserole dish. Wife finally committed to taking lunch in to work (yea!!), so i'm on a big kick o' freezin' portions.

That recipe looks great, Neptune! Will supply my wife's carnivore needs, yet has veggies in it too. rdwind, Yeah, my wifee is great about helping. She even tries some of my spicy food, even though she says milk is the only spice she's ever known, lol.
