Hey, I normally dont comment on things but, I just wanted to know, what are your Fasting and Feeding windows? Are you doing an Intermittent Fast or a Fat fast or a Water fast? and Lastly, as a Fellow Ketoer for 5 years and Someone who has tried Fasting, it worked for about 2-3 weeks before i started to gain weight. Honestly, just listen to your body, If you are genuinely hungry, it will tell you that and you should eat something. Also, Diet soda ( mostly pepsi and club soda - potassium) helps alot
