Broke a swimming record today... recorded a 3,000 yard swim in 53 minutes flat... not bad for 51 years old former fat guy... did note that I weighed in heavier today. I feel slimmer but my weight has been increasing. I've got serious muscle tone back in my shoulders, upper back, triceos, and calves... it may be that I'll never be skinny skinny again, but I'll take stock and muscular any day.
225.4 lb Lost so far: 236.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
