MrsMagyk's Journal, 22 July 2018

My weight is gradually dropping. I am glad to see it. I have been working hard for a long time and am happy with the results. My family has always supported me throughout my life. Not blaming them at all, but they never said anything when I was gaining nearly 100lbs in a year. One of the side effects of a medication that I was taking was gaining weight. I was about 130lbs before I gained the weight. I didn't have the best diet, but I never had to worry about gaining weight before. The depression that I dealt with from having bi-polar disorder didn't help me either. Eating made me feel better for a little while, but then made me feel bad after I ate it. I'm pretty sure that I was addicted to eating my feelings. I have a new outlook on life now that I am starting to heal. I just have to remember:

I know how being bi-polar can mess with your goals - it sucks - good luck with everything - I know you can do it!
