I feel like this is my goal, here in this stock photo I saw online. Tight and toned, muscular and lean. I’m almost to my mini goal of 159, then it’s down to the 140’s. Safely, slowly, with nutrition and exercise. I continue to abstain from processed foods

This girl is just slim. I don't see what you mean by tight or toned; she doesn't have good definition anywhere. I agree with mintata that you already look better than this.
