Nice day. I went out into the field and off to one of my bridges. We stopped and got lunch which was really tasty but I kept within a decent number of calories, given a low intake yesterday and high expenditure dancing last night. Also went to the gym to lift weights and burned 400 calories!
My gym buddy is back so we went to the gym and might go again tomorrow. Back at the food plan also. NSV: had to tighten the belt on my heart rate monitor because it was a half inch too big!
Here is my favorite part about going out into the field: this one bridge has new graffitti every month or so. Great artistry!
