Just don't go all dyslexic on us and reverse those numbers, a diet catastrophe just waiting to happen. Note, I'm not making fun of dyslexia, I have it, and am perfectly capable of reversing anything, but mostly numbers.

As long as u don’t go over calories u won’t gain weight if u switch the numbers. And for health reasons we should try to eat Whole Foods 😉
