It was good :). Saved up my calories so I could have a tortilla 🤩. Stopped at 2 even though I wanted 3 so that I could have some banana bread I made the other day. Haven’t had any yet and it’s calling my name!

Wow, I miss burritos. They don't have them here in Mexico unless near the border for the tourists. It's the one thing I have to have when I go back to Chicago, my biggest weakness.

I didn’t realize they didn’t have burritos in Mexico :/. And yes rosio, some days I play around for hours looking for a good calorie/food combo in order to have a snack I want. Some days I don’t mind eating 800-1200 of food so I can have 400 of ‘junk’ like my banana bread. Other days I know I need more real food so forego the junk on those days. Reverse dieting is awesome as I can add more snacks and things like a tortilla 😁. 1200 won’t allow for much more than a 90 calorie junky snack and a 50 calorie beef jerky after I get normal meals in.

In that case I’m a CICO flexible dieter who is currently reverse dieting to speed up my metabolism after metabolic adaptation while also trying to build muscle while in a calorie deficit. Whew that’s a lot. Hope I got it all correct there ;). 6 months ago I didn’t realize what most of that meant.

Love what you made, to bad l wasn't there to share fot that 3rd one..hahaha p.s. now l'm thinking about working in a double scoop of choc.chip icecream on a waffle cone for desert.😂

Nice! I do the same! I just had a 250ish calorie lunch so I will be able to have 2 quesadillas for dinner Mwahahah.

I would’ve shared Murph! I had enough left for two large soft tacos or probably 4 crunchy. Sadly I didn’t realize the kids had eaten all the tomatoes and the last bit of lettuce had been tossed. Otherwise I’d have at least had it piled with lettuce as a filler and I like the crunch or iceberg lettuce :).

Ty diablo! All my free time is spent on here or reading/researching healthy recipes, dieting, muscle retention/gain etc. 5 months ago I’d have told you I’d never diet as far as lifestyle change. Now I think I’ll keep some of the changes but still not all. ☺️
