I am so stuck....havent eaten anything to prevent loss..but think maybe not as much water lately..guess I better drink up more again see what happens this wk...
188.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wonder if adding more fat to your diet would help get past this stall? You seem to be only getting around 60%, try to get that up to 65%, 30% protien, and 5% Carbs. Add extra oils/fats to your foods. Never thought you'd hear this on a diet, but: you are eating too few calories. You can't get the right amount of fats if you are restricting your calories. Keep trying! At least you didn't gain! :)
