In the last 13 days I've lost 9 of the 10 pounds I mysteriously gained. I've been closely tracking my intake and found I'm eating an average of 976.15 calories per day. . . 21775 (allotted) - 12690 (actual) divided by 13 days. My numbers have ranged form 1672 to 336, with one day at zero. All well under the 1675 I'm allotted per day. I'm confused how a tiny amount of a (supposedly) natural ingredient (carrageenan) can throw my system into gain mode. Plus It knocked me out of Ketosis. All natural, one or two ingredient foods for me from this point forward. Thanks for listening (reading) to my rant (again). It helps to put thoughts on paper.
