Are you sure you have the correct RDI to promote weight loss?? this site tends to be a little overly generous. Second thing is ,are you overestimating your exercise. I don't know what that health item is, but if it is a monitor that tracks everything you do, maybe you shouldn't add in extra exercise. The site tends to over estimate that too. It is better to underestimate than to overestimate. Weighing food to get an accurate count for what portions you are eating is important too. I vastly underestimated a lot of foods when I first started tracking. So many area's to double check. and yes it is frustrating when the weight is slow to come off.

Are you lifting weights? Added muscle weight might be countering fat loss. Also, are you feeling better (stronger, more endurance, flexible?) Keep at it. Fast weight loss is usually temporary and the weight returns. Each body responds slightly different to the same stimulus - you may need to experiment with your macros and activity; you WILL hit the sweet spot, and when you do your body will change for the better. DON'T QUIT.

I know the feeling. My weight goes up and down depending on sodium intake like crazy so maybe that’s it for you? Try maintaining your calories but increasing your % of protein to at least 35% of your calories each day. Eliminate refined carbs and added sugar and this will help. You will likely feel overall better as well- less bloated. It’s worth a try!

keep it up and get help. Let your Doctor know what you are doing and ask what they think and ask for their help.

To me it looks like you are down 9 lbs from your highest weight. 9 pounds in 2 weeks? I’d be doing a dance or something! But seriously, if you keep making the right choices, one choice at a time, and stick with it, the weight will come off. I am certainly not losing quickly, but I needed to choose what I can live with and feel “normal” versus always being on a diet. There are so many here that can help you to better help yourself. Don’t give up! It is worth it. I was your weight at one time and though I am not at goal (39 lbs to go) life is way better 100 lbs lighter. You can do this!

Hydrate plenty, and if you continue to have large amounts of sudden weight increase, see a doctor.

Fitwriter don’t give up, my advise is to put away your scale! No need to weigh yourself right now. Stay on your diet, I advise you to walk more.... if you don’t have time to go out then while you are home take one hour and just walk in place while watching tv or cleaning the house, or play your favorite music get motivated make it Your ME TIME every day. Trust me you will lose! 😉

From your food diary you are consuming more carbs than anything else. I'm doing Keto and limiting my carbs to 30g, Your average is 300g or more carbs per day. Also it looks like you are eating more calories than you should to drop weight. Use a calculator to estimate you RDI and see what you need to hit and stick to it. Everything can be called "good food" but in excess it will just make you gain weight or stay where you are at.

A lot of people lose when they limit their carb count. Try to stay under 100 grams to start. See how you do.

Let's also look at what you are doing right :) You are tracking what you are eating. This allows YOU to look at the data and make your best decisions. This is what helped me.
