Big bowel movement, and fever is gone. All I could find online as an explanation for this high fever was septic related. With that, I'll take a week off, to focus on eating enough to normalize bowl movement frequency. Back in business next week.
I have taken note of that the fever started after eating a chicken breast. Will leave chicken off the menu for now.
Organic rise is most likely why I got cleaned out, so that will be added.

drink lots of water too. lack of enough water can cause more constipation too.
