Doing well. I am on the right track. And I am eating less and I am not hungry all the time. Last night before bed I thought I was hungry. I didn't need anything. And so it does pass if you ate - it is not true hunger. Once the stomach gets to shrinking one's intake can go down fast - no mayonnaise lately or oils. I think by Christmas I will be below 210 again. My metabolism is slower than a normal person's thanks to meds. But one can truly lose weight if they REALLY realize what their intake is - and 2,000 calories a day is NOT difficult. And it is better than Atkins. I thought I was eating less years ago, but I was forgetting those sneaky added calories and this time I am not.

This IS - BETTER than Atkins. The first few days I felt a bit weak from the lower calorie intake. I don't eat after 7 p.m. unless I am out now. I might have a small snack, but nothing big. Non-calorie drinks like coffee and seltzer water. I am on the right track now. And just because it is time to eat - fine - I don't have to have 900 calories EVERY meal, maybe once a day yes, but a few hundred calorie meal will fill one up if they're getting OK snacks in too.
