Good solid exercise on water aerobic days. Ate two chocolate chip cookies during a class and I actually hate chocolate chip cookies - the power of group conformance.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
