Yep..certainly not thrilled with my weigh in..3.2 pound gain over the weekend..but I'm not surprised. On top of my bad weekend I haven't been getting enough exercise due to sickness. RRR! Frustrated with myself for letting this happen..but I will just have to do my best to undo the damages quickly as possible.

You know what my worst weakness is? Homemade baked goods. ESPECIALLY lowfat or fat free ones as weird as that sounds. I let my guard down, eat too many peices, underestimate portions, and use too much calories on eating an extra peice or two, and then am starving a few hours later beacauce I din't get enough protien/fiber, or just because I didn't leave enough caloreis for later in the day. I definitely was comfort eating this weekend. I felt crappy(no excuse) it was raining, and banana bread sounded good. I ate far too much of it both Saturday and Sunday. Sunday I also ate a ton of junk that evening out of boredom and frustration. I hate that I do this still! I undid the weight loss of about 10 days in two. This needs to be a learning expereince, and if i can't have just ONE peice of a baked good, no matter how low fat, i need to not make it, because they have thrown me off so many times.

thats what i am so worried about. how do we maintain??? are we never to have banana bread again, or 3 full warm meals again. is eating anything overeating and i have to workout forever. makes no sense. sorry just rambling... about you... don't weigh in sooner!!! just do it weekly for one now it says you gain 4 lbs a week... not true right! plus its not a week yet so adjust yourself! i do horrible on weekends gain the 1/2 to 1 pound back then i work hard during the week and come thurs i am where i should be! make sense?!?

Oh god you are just getting worse aren't you. Stop stuffin g your face and get on the treadmill lest your swinesqe bulk squish me in the Dollar menu line.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery! I know it's hard, but try not to focus on the bad stuff and be kind to yourself~ we are all human beings and this is really tough! Just get yourself well and continue on. Don't beat yourself up~ it's not worth it. Take care!

Aww, you've been sick. :( Hope you're not too discouraged. You can get it off fast as much as you exercise!
