3.5 hrs sleep, 3.5 hrs CPAP, 4.5 fatigue, RNeck 2, Joints 1;
Noting some hunger upon waking (reference sleep/gutlein(sp?)/hunger article. Fatigue up, ML due to lack of sleep. Ate late last night b/f sleep>b/c of drugs stomach upset. Need to add to diet calendar. No significant pain...yea!!!!!
At KL today. Have marinated Bull ribsteak kabobs!
