Grilled me a block of tofu for the first time!

I like tofu as long as it’s seasoned well. I cube mine small and throw in pan with ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and a little sesame oil. Yum.

Prepared and seasoned well, tofu is delicious. I’ve never been able to make it right. And I hate the process of getting the liquid out.

I love tofu. I slice it in 5 pieces or cube it and fry it with meat ginger soy sauce pepper Great stuff

It turned out amazing! The outside was like fried tofu. The inside still moist.
