I went to walk this morning and I'd been thinking of ways to maybe cause my calves not to hurt and it came to me to put my wrist weights around my ankles. By cracky it worked. 4 laps no pain, none!!! I was so happy I forgot to go by the grocery store on my way home and then get gas. Going to try it a couple more times and if I get the same results I'm going to by myself some shoe weights. I think they would be more comfortable than the wrist weights. They were a little too tight.
