NSV this morning, fit into one of the pairs of "goal jeans" and they are a tiny size eight - like smaller than the other eights I've had in my life. These were not from years past, these were a weird purchase I made where they wouldn't even get up past my thighs and yet I still kept them. Scale isn't moving so much, but I can see the muscles in my thighs these days and I've got my biceps back. I can even see the swimmer's muscles across my back. Yay to working towards lean and strong!
I have some pool toys on the way. Toys meaning resistance tools for working out in the water. Boy, have things changed since I was in high school and even my last attempt at water aerobics. I will report back. If I don't like them, they're going back to Amazon.
