So I actually met my Healthywage goal weight of 169 about three weeks ago. Once school ended, though, I moved into a two week cheat mode. So now I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. Going back to keto, since it seems to be working for me. I am going to start working out more consistently. I recently bought some barbells and weights, so we'll see if that ups my progress a little.

I am also supposed to be doing a dance at my family reunion in August with my daughter. So that is also motivation for me!

Here we go! Let's do it.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
