Good morning, FS friends, TGIF! It is t25 double-up Friday and am still feeling sore and tired. It is total body circuit and lower focus. It is weird, i feel like i have a higher tolerance for severe pain than the feeling that i have clothes pins pinching all over my shoulders, back and arms!
I am chugging iced coffee, lol. Determined to get out with the doogie before it gets too hot. Roommate is working outside; i hope they can get sent home early to get out of the heat.
