Lately I've been battling a whole lot of I can't do it moments. I need to buckle back down and get to the gym and better control my cravings. Here we go again!!!!
230.9 lb Lost so far: 58.1 lb.    Still to go: 50.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
