day one on this site but I'm in my 3rd week of Induction (atkins)my weight on 4-12 was 214 today i'm at 202. My goal is 175.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

1836 kcal Fat: 134.38g | Prot: 123.78g | Carb: 31.56g.   Breakfast: ground sirlion, one Tablespoon Blue cheese, tomato, avocado, 2 fried eggs. Lunch: mustard, best foods mayonnaise, green olives, celery,  corned beef, 1 oz. swiss cheese, flax meal bun, beef broth. Dinner: blue cheese dressing, iceburg lettuce, onion, tomato, zucchini, flank beef steak. Snacks/Other: coffee. more...
