YA me this is day 10... I can believe its been 10 days. And I have stuck this out. I am so prod of myself I always give up and this time I am sticking with it. Like a friend on here said its not a diet its a lifestyle. I also been doing very well sticking to not going over my calories but find myself way under so I have to find things to give me my extra calories.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 August 2012:

Good for you. You can do this!! I have found that it works pretty well for me to "fill up" with fruits and vegetables. I have been trying to work more of them into my daily calories by having them handy for snacking.
