Fast Over at 8 days. Started refeed at 8, exactly eight days after ending my last refeed a week ago Friday. Had been planning to push to Monday, but had a really weak lift session - literally could not move the bar off the floor for my top set of deads - and was groggy, weary and run down afterwards. Made myself a little extra pasta when cooking dinner for Pop, and went from there. Still under 2000k and stuffed. May extend the refeed so I can get enough food in to fuel a couple decent workouts before I grind through the rest of the home stretch here. Interested to see what the mirror says when I am no longer depleted...

Thanks much for the tremendous support. Very helpful. You guys are the sh^t.

Do you take electrolytes when you're fasting? Not enough sodium, potassium and magnesium can trouble you after a day or 2 and make you feel very much as you describe. I was amazed to find that we really do need quite a lot of salt and the low salt idea came in with the low fat and is just as flawed.

@minitata - I agree with you on the salt. I put Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Concentrate in my water. Since I started doing that I have had no dehydration issues.

@mini Yes. I brewed up this sh^t I call Swamp Ass that is loaded with Na/K and swill at least a litre/day on fast. Agreed wrt all the low salt bullsh^t advice. Same goes for that gallon of water a day crap, which simply washes out your electrolytes.
