Fast Over at 8 days. Started refeed at 8, exactly eight days after ending my last refeed a week ago Friday. Had been planning to push to Monday, but had a really weak lift session - literally could not move the bar off the floor for my top set of deads - and was groggy, weary and run down afterwards. Made myself a little extra pasta when cooking dinner for Pop, and went from there. Still under 2000k and stuffed. May extend the refeed so I can get enough food in to fuel a couple decent workouts before I grind through the rest of the home stretch here. Interested to see what the mirror says when I am no longer depleted...
