Had a great night out yesterday with a trip to the street food market 🥘 🥘 🥘...had a pint of 🍺 and a warm aubergine 🍆 salad 🥗 with sardines...yum...so thought I would pay for it today on the scales....but no change from yesterday so very pleased...good company...good food...good drink...the only thing missing were my FS friends....have a great 👍 day everyone x
190.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
