I haven't been getting enough sleep lately. I have been jogging/walking daily. Over the past few days, I have been going over my daily calorie goal. Today, I let myself get too hungry midday, and binged on potato chips and cheesecake. I feel physically sick right now. I hope to get back to being disciplined, and I hope to be nice to myself about slips and difficulties on this journey. Started the Couch to 5K running plan yesterday, with an app on my Android.
