I forgot to weigh in yesterday, so I am today. I've been doing alright, but I feel I could do better. I like making really small changes as opposed to big changes I know I won't be able to stick to long term. I've been having trouble eating less than I burn on Saturdays so I think I need to start exercising a LOT more to compensate (I just don't see myself eating less).
151.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel like I am in the same boat as you. I lost a lot of weight last year, but it was by doing things that were not maintainable in the long run. Most of the weight came back. Now I have been making little changes, and the weight loss is so much slower; but I feel more healthy, and more conscious of my day-to-day decisions. I even feel anxious if I don't work out for a day. Never thought I'd feel like that, hah! =)
