yesterday I had a frog in my throat all day - today it's feeling raw - and my energy level is really low. Not used to low energy level since starting KETO - this is quite weird - thinking it might be a day for broth.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
