It's been several days since I've taken time to jot down my thoughts. Over the weekend we celebrated my oldest son's 18th birthday with family. I went ahead and ate sweets and extra's. It was a very enjoyable time with family. I will work extra hard to take the extra weight off. I'm back on program this morning.
