Monday already!! Wow this weekend went by FAST, probably because I was busy.
So yesterday started of course with my journal entry on here, then I started my book. Oh why did I pick up that book?? I had to put it down or I would have ended up doing nothing.. So with sheer willpower I put it away and started tackling my to do list! :)
Here's the things I was able to accomplish
1. Trip to the library to drop off my books
2. The bank to pay bills
3. Grocery shopping found some good deals too! So stayed within my budget allowed.
4. To the drugstore as they had another sale on more good buys! Made me happy girl!
5. LAUNDRY!! Which in itself is exercise because as I have mentioned before it's three stories down and three stories back up with every load I do. Now x 2 loads that equals 5 times down and 5 times up!!
6. Another 1hr and a half of housework
Neesless to say I was a tired girl! :)
So here is the best part for dinner I made spinach, and experimented with my tofu! Madde an amazing marinade for it and let it sit for awhile, then I coated it with corn meal and OMG it tasted like shake and bake chicken! Crunchy on the outside and tender in the middle. For dessert I made blueberries and apples. All good food :) and well under my RDI!!
Finally after all this it was to bed and yes read for awhile till Mr. Sandman came and got me!
Now today is another day and I have to work! But that's okay, because I can do what I want there. Plus it's healthy food day again!
So it's time to go now!!! I hope everyone has a happy, healthy and ful filling day.
