Morning everyone! I am proud to say that I had another good day yesterday! I finally got on my bike!!! It felt so good!!
So here are the things that I ended up doing with the company of my roomate!
1. Riding of course, and not taking the bus like I normally would ( save money #1
2. Went to the graveyard and paid my respects to a few people including my dad!
3. Went and got a new converter from Rogers which did not cost me anything money saved #2!
4. Went to wal-mart and with the help of my roomate only bought what I needed! #3 of money saved!
5. On the way home picked up empty beer bottles and cans! Added to exercise, and we made a few bucks :) covers 3 things picking up after people, being enviromentally friendly for lack of a better phrase! And makes us a few cents! Penny found is a penny earned!
6. Caught another sale at my local drugstore and picked up a few things #4 money saved
7. Ate what I had at home instead of hitting the sub shop! #5 money saved!
So yeah I was busy, happy saves a little money and found alittle too!!!

Now for today there are a few things that I have to get done! The only one I am having trouble with is what to buy when I go grocery shopping. I want something different to eat. But something healthy too. I guess it will be a wonder around !!!

Well that's it for now! I hope everyone has a happy, healthy and fun day!!

Those tow things, losing weight and saving money, normally go hand and hand. You start in on one of them and the other one comes along with it. My journey started with the money, I am amazed how cheap our food bill is now.

I love the fact that you are frugal! I sometimes grow weary of reading & writing about dollar amonts for purchased items. You are a positive example of the way that an economical lifestyle & weight loss often go together! So. Thanks for modeling that goodness for me & for others! Your journal is cute, friendly, optimistic, & light-hearted today! Like someone whistling cheerfully!

Sweet! What a wonderful day that was. I wondered around the grocery today also. No clue what I wanted to do...hate that! Hope you found something satisfying.
