I've gained 2lbs over the last few days but determined to get these pounds of through my diet plan, which I KNOW will work and fat burning exercises.

I'm starting the Summer Blast 10 lbs challenge today, so excited!
121.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 30 July 2012:
