Quick journal entry - I'm a bit behind on my crunches, but plan to do extra each day until I've caught up. I did my min 30mins exercise and stayed within my calorie allowance today, so I'm pleased with my progress.

I found the gym hard today... definitely a mental/spiritual thing there.
