So after today’s earlier weigh in... getting back to control is a must for me.
I am implementing plan A. One last treat style indulgence meal tonight.... and it’s on the strict fast starting tomorrow morning.
Tonight dinner... carb heaven.

Well that's good news isn't it? Anyway, it sounds like you've been suffering with a sore foot for a while and then you fall ill. To put on a few pounds would be expected. No doubt you will get back on track in a hurry so here's wishing you the best.
