Frankly, if I wasn’t a Yo Yo dieter too, I would have been skinny years ago! Day by day, my friend 😀

We all have our ups and downs and it is just so easy to fall back into the old habits. Try your best to stay focused. Trust me... you can do it. I hear the peanut butter calling me from the pantry all the time, but I’m trying to ignore it and hope it goes away. LOL!

Thank you both! 😊 I feeling a lot better today about everything even though i skipped working out in the morning I did it in the afternoon to make up for it. No more skipping & "just one bite" lol

Good job reaching out for support here and also getting to that workout! I find that its so much easier ( if possible) to set up a strict (ish)habit of working out in the morning and get it out of the way. When things get insane I lay out everything the night before (workout clothes and so on) so all I have to do is shower & leave early -- no excuses! 😊👍

My yo-yoing just stopped and I'm losing again. Keep at it and it will start going down again. I did a intermittent fast the other day and my system seems like I gave it notice and is marching right along again. We didn't gain it all at once so it only makes sense that there will be slow periods. Keep going.
