Recipe:
1.150 gr of zucchini, grated. Leave zucchini aside to give the juice, after squeeze peoperly to remove extra moist. 2. 200 gr north Atlantic prawns (cooked) mince them well.
3. 2 eggs, 1 tsp of baking powder, dried garlic wisk and any other spices you want with a fork, add 100 gr non fat quark cottage cheese, mix well.
4. Combine all ingredients together.
5. Add 40 gr of brown rice flour or any flour of your choice.
6. 20 gr of oat bran. You can substitute with psyllium husk or just add more flour. I use this trick to bring calories down and also it gives more air and fluffier texture to the waffles.
7. Use waffle maker or simply fry as a pancakes. Important! For waffles I leave the final dough to rest 10 min before baking.

For serving: will be nice with goat cheese or to make a deep from fat free yogurt, a bit of garlic and herbs. And salad of course!
