Enjoying things this time round. I have to keep myself in check, no more rubbish . So for now we are doing great . Do not know what will happen when it gets cold . Face that when it happens. Just enjoy the summer .....

I think I'm a fair weather dieter. I need to get under weight for the winter I think - or work out my eating better for winter.
