Took my weight this morning before eating anything. Even though it looks like I’ve been losing weight, fluctuating between 98-96 lbs is normal for me. The previous weights were also taken after eating. I have to note that I shouldn’t expect major results in just 2 days.
96.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, I weigh less than 100 lbs, but I’m 4’11 and only 17

Yeah that isnt a crazy weight for that size. My mum is that size and she is back down to 102 pounds from 123. At 123, she was considered obese for her height and her cholesterol was getting out of hand. Now if Verzer was 5'8'' there might be an issue. Her weight is healthy for her size but she probly shouldnt try to lose anymore to avoid looking sickly. I am not much bigger 5'0' and I lost weight from stress once and got down to 92 pounds. Looked kind of gross, not sexy.

Interesting. I'm about 5' 2 1/2" tall & currently weigh 147, which I consider overweight. Some charts say I should weigh only 110-115 lbs, which I think is too thin. Then again, I'm not 17 either. I think a person should weigh what is healthy & makes them feel good, for me that's about 135 (though I wouldn't complain if I dropped down to 125:)

Sounds like you have a good handle on things. 😊

Yes, i thought to myself, i hope this person is short and young. However, there didn't seem to be a polite way to ask.

Looked at a few Body Mass Index(BMI)Charts. At 4'11" 96-120 lbs is healthy. I guess the spread is dependednt on body frame.

thank you for the concern everyone, I understand that I really don’t need to loose weight, but this is all just temporary. I’m trying to build up muscle definition, going to start going to the gym more. My goal is to lean down a bit so that I can get better definition. After that I’m hoping to put back a few more pounds in muscle. I’ve done some research and as long as I don’t drop below 91 lbs I’ll be at a healthy weight. My goal is to drop to 93 and then I’m going to work on gaining a few pounds again

Only suggestion I would make is to start a slow break-in to routine exercise now while you are waiting to lose more. Most people need a few weeks. Just some slow walks, picking up pace and distance as days go by, or similar easy routine. It helps both conditioning and developing the exercise habit. Good luck! Sounds like you are on top of it.
