Today's goal is to keep my calories low, but have enough that I have energy to work out.

Tomorrow's the DH's birthday, so we'll be eating out and I know I'll make some poor choices (I just have to be realistic), so I need to play nicely today so I can make up for tomorrow.

The workout plan is to do some arm weights, and also to about 30 minutes of cardio. It's just a small workout to get me back into the groove, and not make me super sore for the next week! I know better than to work out too much too soon. I've done that before and just pay for it!

I also saw this, and thought it was interesting.
