Had a low calorie total yesterday (not on purpose) so, the weight is skewed and will probably go back up. Also, will probably raise once I start going back to the gym next week.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
