I tried out the cloud bread, meh, lol. Basically a soufflé without flour. It looked good though.

Chew Moore-I also tried cloud bread with high hopes. Boy! Was I disappointed! I'm of the opinion that it might be good if you were in the brink of starvation. Clearly, I'm not that!

The recipe was 2 eggs and 2 TB of almond flour beat together. I added vanilla and cinnamon and then you just cook it like an omelet I mean crepe lol

I have reached the conclusion that I don't like the texture of almond flour so I generally work with coconut flour, which has a much less "grainy" texture. It takes some finagling to get the portions right because coconut flour is a LOT more absorbant. I'll have to play with this one... :-)

Nido I don’t think I like either one!! Lol But I will try again with coconut flour. It has a higher fiber count too so that’s a plus
