so much for EC Diet. I ate CLEAN and PERFECT for 10 days and gained weight. That is fucked up and I am pissed.
Not giving up, and will keep eating as I have in the past, which is same as EC with no flour, no sugar. I will also use the things I bought - flaxseed, wheat germ, bee pollen and protein powder, but fuck Tosca Reno.
I am so angry and disappointed...
I know my portions were a little high, but my calorie intake was mostly under 1500 so I'm through with her.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
