probably no exercise and too big of portions keeping me from a lower weight but i am happy to have followed EC 100% for a week. its lifestyle so i am patient. going to do coolet #1 for 7 days begin tomorrow.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
