I am having a rough day. All I want to do is drink because I'm so stressed out. At work a massive mess up is going to cost us thousands of dollars, other mess ups have cost hundreds and my poor doggy's health is not good resulting in lots of $$$. I'm trying to destress without the temptation. So I'm just letting it all out. Thanks for listening guys; truly amazing peeps on here. ❤️

Stay strong. This is just temporary and will soon pass. Life is full of adversities and you have to stay strong to overcome them. When you do you will feel proud of yourself

I hope your work situation improves and your lill doggy recovers as well. Try to dive into a hobby to get your mind off the stress. It is your best option, without food or booze to lean on.

Scream. Punch a pillow. Do some HIIT, even if it's just 3 minutes. Take a nice bath. There are so many great things to do without falling to that temptation. You can do it. And if you fall, get back up and get back on the sober train.
