I actually go a workout in this morning. The dogs had me up anyway, so I stayed up and did a workout. Feeling a little better today and my voice is somewhat better, we'll see what the ENT says this afternoon. If I stay feeling okay and can keep getting my workouts done through the weekend I'll be happy. I've had a lot of up and down with the scale this month. I've had about a 4 pound range that I've been sticking with, so as long as I don't go over that I'm glad, but I want to get down below 130 some day. I just need to be patient, get to feeling better, and stick with it and I'll get there eventually. Of course the candy dish on my desk, that I usually ignore, is calling my name. I am craving chocolate today so bad. I may break down at the end of the day and have a mini snickers or something, but I'm going to try to hold off and not eat any of them. I know once I eat one I'll want more, so it's best to just not go there. Hope everyone's having a great Thursday!
