Worked out with trainer for first time
Trainer weighed me in middle of day with shoes on. I weighed 3lbs more
Also felt really sick lady nite and today
215.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
