Ok so i am all dressed up in my workout clothes but i am having my iced coffee and stalling. My tush hurts from all the squats!! Oh shaun t, i love you but sometimes it hurts to get together with you. Channeling millalite... if it is worth doing, it is worth doing badly! i took a boot camp (for the first and last time) in 2011. This morning i am back into my workout pants from that era. At the time i weighed about 15# less than i do now. Pic is today.
