Yes this app connects to this one and my steps are there as well. I have blisters on my pinkys today boo.

I did an hour on the tredmill early morning. Went grocery shopping for some smart items with health in mind. I also had a late night drive to check on a job with someone and there where stairs.

@ Highland Heather the incline in broke on mine but still works. That's great I did only go 1.7 yesterday. Those stairs yesterday man I was out of breath. Stsrting out slow but the incline burns more calories for sure. A trainer taught me if you don't have time for that long work out; warm up a few minutes then when the time is canceling or at 0 manual push walk. For three minutes this equals a fifteen minute work out and strenghthens the legs.

I also use my treadmill. The only issue that comes up is that my dog wants to know why, if I am walking, I am always in the same place....

That's just to cute one of our pups just looked at me like this is something new. Having always just seen the grands climb all over it. He just laid down and seemed to watch me the whole hour.

I am not use to early mornings and workouts. I was wiped out. I had a nap. I have wrappped up my toes with tissue paper because I am determined to get on that tredmill hell or high water. ( I have my glasses on so I did a better job of texting on this phone.) Have a great rest of the day.

Samantha— when you buy shoes for hiking, walking, and places with hills, buy shoes at least 1/2-1 size longer so your toes don’t jam into the toe of the Chou. Also buy a brand (like ASICS] that has a wider toe box to enable your toes to splay out as your foot strikes the ground. Saves tons of painful blisters. I learned the hard way.

@ Kenna okay great information. I have a good pair of Oasis but they need to 1/2 inch more for work out. My socks yesterday were a just to thin as well. Thanks so much.
