have been eating/craving junk food SO much lately. am still exercising regularly and all, but i can't seem to get the food back on track. fiance says i just "broke" after 4 months of doing so well. :( i wish we would stop bringing it into the house. i know i am partly to blame. i guess i just need to be more responsible when we go grocery shopping. AND find healthier things to snack on.
